Hook's Cheesecakes: A Little Slice of Paradise. When you feel like fried foods isn't your calling or you just want to treat yourself after that filling meal, stop in for a slice of our homemade, delectable cheesecake. There is much variety and plenty to choose from. We are the exclusive distributor of Hook's Cheesecakes and we feature 6 freshly baked flavors each day. Our New York style cheesecakes, a generational recipe handed down from our grandfather, who worked in New York City and made it his business to know where the best cheesecakes were to be had, is the base recipe. From there, our in house cheesecake chef, Richard Hooker, has seemingly no limits to his creativity with the recipe. Daily we feature Caramel Cashew, Peanut Butter Cup, Key Lime, Chocolate Raspberry, New York Vanilla, and one or two of whatever has inspired Chef Richard for the week.
